Physiotherapy from Northumbria UniversityPhysiotherapy (BSc)
Holly graduated from Northumbria University with a First class Honours degree in Physiotherapy (BSc). She is registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and is an active member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
During her studies, she developed a particular passion for Pilates and, soon after graduating, completed her matwork and reformer qualifications. This training deepened her understanding of movement analysis and coaching, providing a strong foundation for the way she now approaches rehabilitation. Holly’s background in gymnastics gives her a keen eye for movement quality, control, and precision, which she looks forward to bringing into sessions with her patients.
Prior to joining Newcastle Physiotherapy, Holly worked in private practice delivering one-to-one and group clinical Pilates sessions to patients, which she continues alongside her physiotherapy work. She also recently spent time working in the community, providing hands-on physiotherapy to patients with a variety of neurological conditions.
Holly brings diverse clinical experience treating both acute and chronic injuries, with a strong focus on manual therapy and individualised patient care. Alongside her pitch-side first aid and sports massage qualifications, she is committed to continually developing her skillset to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients and support them in reaching their goals.
Outside of physiotherapy, Holly loves to be outdoors, or will likely be in a Pilates class herself. Holly is extremely excited to build and progress her career at Newcastle Physiotherapy.
